The second conference of INFOTE's Sales & Marketing Department took place at the at Divani Meteora Hotel, 19 - 21 December, 2003. Special guests attending the opening session included the Head of the Prefecture of Trikala, Mr. I. Vlaxogiannis, Mayor of Kalabaka, Mr. A. Pinioras and the Deputy Mayors, Mr. I. Albanis, Mr. D. Sakellariou, President of the Executive Council, Mr. D. Spiropoulos and Director of Solidarity, Mr. D. Fourlemadis representing the Archbishop of Athens & Greece, Mr. Christodoulos. Presidents of regional professional associations, as well as the leadership of the local OTE were also present.More than 240 participants were enriched with information and experiences from the speakers among whom were Dr. I. Kritsotakis on the topic "Winners are Salesmen Whose Customers Love Them". A team from the Athens University of Economics comprised of lecturers Mrs. M. Vakola, Mr. I. Nikolaou and Mr. I. Chaoussis conducted the individual Emotional Intelligence profiles of the conference participants and made a two-hour presentation on the subject.
