Following the sale of INFOTE, an affiliate of the OTE Group, to the companies RHONE CAPITAL and ZARKOVA, the Adinistration of Dr. Ioannis Vasilaras, Vice President & CEO and of Vasilis Kapsis, General Director, completed its work and was handed over to the new shareholders.

The 7year Administration since the founding of the Company resulted in OTE collecting from the sale of its INFOTE shares the considerable amount of 300 million €. This price is currently the highest in terms of international standards (13.5 times over the EBITDA).
